supercure

Post by Tiny »

Hello chaps,
With the weather ghastly I fancied doing a bit of home curing. Most of what I read suggest procuring some supercure salt for the purpose. I asked Mrs Tiny to avail me of some via the great amazon but alas she could not find it. I fear it may be some american phenomenon........could one of you helpful chaps either post a link to a vendor in the uk or direct me to an equivalent produt that would do the business,

Many thanks for your continued wisdom and general cleverness,
Cheers
Tiny

Tiny,

I've got a stack of supacure in my cupboard. if you want to try it, I'd be happy to send you enough to do, say 5kg of meat if you like. I tend to make my own cures now so it genuinely is going spare.
