Ceylan Pakers Jam meat cure

Post by CyderPig »

Hi All
Has anyone used this product?
I have just been given 5 kg of the stuff, only prob is, it is a Spanish product and there are no English instructions on the bag.
I have sent an e-mail to the manufacturers but wonder if any members can help out?

Cheers
Simon

It's a dry cure, Scott's Wife translated the Spanish instructions, but they just amount too, add cure with salt and spices?
No amounts per kilo of meat etc.
