Are you guys excited?

Post by British BBQ Society »

The clock is ticking and we are almost ready for the National Final in Rudgwick. I will be sending out packs on Tuesday which includes entry tickets to the park.

I have paid for a vending pitch at Rudgwick so that the society can try and offset some of our event costs, if anyone is willing to run a shift please let me know, my time is going to be split between cooking, vending, and all things competiton.

A couple of teams applied to the Jack Daniels, and I have received confirmation that the ONLY team from the UK will be our national champion. I believe our relationship with the event will go form strength to strength, and am very excited about putting forward a team that will have a much better chance of succeeding in American competition.

If you have any questions please email me toby@bbbqs.com

Good Luck

I'm sure at some stage we will be able to lend a hand also.

Sorry I can't be there, I don't get in country until Sept 7. I will, however, be ready for next year....with plenty of time for cold-weather practice. Hope everyone has a great time, and best of luck to all.
