I've just looked in my freezer and i have enough portions of bbq to last me until mid-march based on meat and 2 veg for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day

Actually, thinking about it, all one would need to do is make fudge the normal way, but using cold-smoked butter (of which I always have some in my fridge).
Might give this a go sometime. The only question outstanding is does it need added bacon?
