Trying a rub on a pork shoulder today, now don't shout at me but its being cooked in the oven as I haven't finished modding my Brinkmann yet  and ive been wanting pulled pork for ages!!

Here's the recipe

1 tbsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp Smoked paprika
1 tbsp Paprika ( use hot paprika if you want it hotter)
1 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Onion powder
3 tbsp Soft brown sugar
2 tsp Ground black pepper

Sounds good, looking forward to the pics.
Me and the wife enjoy experimenting in the kitchen....on rub ingredients obviously.

Used to be we'd be out on a Friday night, now we're choosing the right amount of granulated garlic and sugar to put in a rub.
How things change eh? :-)

Well first off I apologise there are no pics :( but the pork was good, rub was tasty not bad for an oven effort, just can't wait to get the Brinkmann finished so I can try it on there.
