Asda ribs

Post by smitty »

Picked up some bargains at asda yesterday they had all there pork reduced so grabbed myself a couple of shoulders which have gone straight in the freezer and a few packs of ribs, Couldn't resist cooking these up for dinner.

Cooked in the oven (haven't got my brinkmann finished) did a kind of 1.5/1.5/.45 and they came out great.

If you’re Asda have a butchers section? They sometimes have some nice rack of ribs. They only go for a couple of quid so it's worth checking out.

I was actually really impressed with the baby back ribs I got from Morrisons the other day and it was nice to be served by someone who understood what I was asking for.
