Well, socket set & screwdriver came out yesterday so legs are on. I've admired it in my lounge for long enough (does suit the decor though lol). Time to get outside and season it!
Off to butchers tomorrow and I think I'll have a bash at some ribs and chicken at the weekend.
Info and videos on here are invaluable and have really made me feel more confident.
Just hope it all goes to plan!
