you can get agave in most supermarkets now, I also know one of our sponsors will be launching Agave in March.

I bought some nectar today in sainsburys, but what I'm having trouble finding is "sugar in the raw" it's in a few recipes and I've googled it but can't find it locally can it be substituted for anything else?

In the UK it's called demerara sugar.

According to Ray Lamps (Dr BBQ) it's unrefined sugar so what Ed said :D
