greetings from RAF Cranwell

Post by RAF College Cranwell »

Hi,
My name is Adi Whittaker and I am the community Development Officer here at RAF Cranwell in Lincolnshire. MY role here is looking at the best use of the facilities we have and supporting our families. I liase with the local authoriity and other groups to ensure we provide for our families and young people. We are looking at one big event inparticulare this year.

I want to oganise a BIG LUNCH event especially directed at Families and I thought what better to have than a massive BBQ. What we are looking for is some of your members to join us and organise some sort of competition. Would you be up for it? You could compete against our chefs families and as many of your members we could get.

to date we have a blank canvas but National Families week is Monday May27th- Sunday 2nd June
The kids are off school that week may be Sun 2nd of June what do you think
could anyone help??

Thanks
Adi

Hi Adi is this going to be a private gig or will us general public be able to attend via ticket entry? I'm not putting myself forward for catering, just eating & supporting our Forces :D
