Hi everyone, just for those that may be interested, we only have 2 spaces available for the Saturday class. Sunday we have 5. Once they are gone they are gone for another year.

Re: SYD 101 Class 15th & 16th June 2013
Hi All
Nice to be back, been busy with work etc.
The WSM should be here for my birthday at the end of April and ive just been phoning around to see how much birthday pennies I will be getting to go towards the class.
I so want to do the class and learn as much as possible.
Are these classes ok for me to do as a complete beginner or would I be better off waiting another year and getting some practise in first, don't want to take up a space if somebody else would benefit more than me.
Many thanks

Hi Slatts,
This will be the perfect class for you. The comp class was just focused on competition cooks whereas this covers everything from smoker setup, starting the fire to finished product.

Frontiers are from: http://www.macsbbq.com/ i bought one a few weeks back
If you scroll to the bottom of the page you'll see a link for distributors. The price is about the same from all of them so it's up to you. I would recommend getting the rib rack at the same time, as space can be a bit tight.
There are plenty of folk here who have these and the bigger brother the excel, so help is always close by.
