Id like to try them as they are the only place that I have seen selling whole packer briskets, but they are pretty pricey IMO! Do look good though! Have you bought much from them?

They are very good (I don't work for them!), the meat is delicious and I've had a lot of good comments after dinner parties. I buy everything from them now and I honestly don't think they are too far removed from local butcher prices here in London. They also deliver for free for orders over £25. I get the 'before 8am' delivery and there's nothing better than waking up to a box of meat on a Saturday morning :D That brisket is next on my list!

I stopped at Smithfdield this morning on my way home looking for some ribs. Yep, lots of ribs on display. The average price was £3.20 per kilo. These were full racks, untrimmed as they come. One stall had an offer 4kg for £12, so i bought 10kg and got a box. 11kg box for £32. It contained 8 slabs. I didn't check other meats as i wanted to get home.

They were frozen, the box was easier for me to carry.
