Jacobs Ladder

Post by ConorD »

Got a rack of beef ribs and am going to stick them on the WSM but have only seen timings for individual ribs (3hrs each) and can't go by weight cos of the bones - any advice?

Last time I did some on the WSM was around 6.5 - 7 hours.

I've been searching the web and seen a few different recipes everything from 5 to 14hrs. I seem to remember doing them through the night before which would help as the plan was to do two racks of beef through the night, then wrap them and get the baby backs on in the morning for the lunch feast.
