Hi to all, from complete barbecue novice

Hello to all,

I am a trucker, caravaner and with the exception of a few occasions where I have uesed a cheap or disposable Q, a complete novice when it come to barbecuing.

Currently trying to decide which barbecue to buy. I think gas, Outback Spectrum 3 or Hunter probably.

Hi Chum,
Welcome, my hunter did 8 seasons outdoors and uncovered think it will serve you well.

Particularly enjoyed using it for first smokings with chips in a foil pouch on the flanes and meat up on the warming rack offset, worked a treat.
