tandoori leg of lamb
recipe 1 leg of lamb
large tub of total greek yogurt
1tbl spoon of tandoori paste
desert spoon of meduim curry powder
juice of one lemon
and couple of garlic gloves crushed
mix all together and rub into leg of lamb , and leave for a few hours , the excess can be rubbed on lamb while cooking
this will be spit roasted
ive also made my own flat breads today , and were also having a few other things more pics to follow of to prep more stuff
