Hi Ben
If you get into the comp for Ribs I bet your vest will look like Rab C Nesbits after hard night being kicked round the pavements(How do you put the smiley thingys on posts! Anyway lots of the ones that laugh, and a few devils)
Look forward to meeting you all on Sat.
There are loads of posts on the net re double drum cookers and there are stove damper kits you can buy to control heat ,smoke etc.
Keith
Nita is working early on Sat morning, so I am in charge of the Bacon kindly donated by Bacon John, you get to cook the eggs, no such thing as a free ride in this house.
Cheers

Hi All
From the local weather forecast it might be a damp one, remember to bring something waterproof as there are not many places to shelter.
