Okay folks, my sister has aimed her globe trotting adventures to this parts of the US of A and would like some ideas of any good BBQ restaurants. Usually she and her daughters bike it on Harleys but this year have forked out for a camper so they could pull over and sleep off the effects of good Q. ;)
She was in Memphis for the Harley ralley last year and just missed out the Pig Fest Comp, however she didn't like Memphis style ribs preferring hers sauced & glazed :D Please bear that in mind when putting forward your selsction. Fussy, well maybe but she's got to put up with me as a brother :( :oops: :lol:
