New to BBQ
Hey,
I'm Kev, From Mid Wales, Love meat and BBQ'd food, but only just getting into cooking on one myself! Bought a Landmann Tennessee Barbecue Smoker / Grill and hoping to use it quite a bit weather permitting.

Smokings good. Nerve racking but if done right and you take your time and stick to the temps you read on here you will be fine.. biggest problem is finding the right nice days to practice on
