i must admit over the past few years i have bought my fair share of bbq books, from hot & spicy, to low and slow to weber books more based on grill'in.
I was just wondering what are your favouite books (if you have any) for BBQ, low n slow etc etc etc?
I got some pennies back off the taxman and there burning a hole in my pocket. I know some of you are going to say "use your own rubs", "make a sauce on the fly", "ive perefected my own techniques". Thats all good and well but some times just picking up a book on cold summers days can get the imagination flying...so come on dont be shy what books would you recommend and why?
