It was an excellent day, loads of tips and tricks. not a thermometer in sight as 'H' doesn't use them. Toby's flinstone beef ribs were amazing as was his tri tip steaks. So with the brisket, pork, ribs and chicken phrases like meat coma, hog heaven filled the air. Basically i was stuffed and coulndn't eat any more not even a waffer thin mint

If Harry doesn't do it then I am I starting a T-Shirt line with Soo'isms like:
"Who hasn't slapped my meat?"
"BBQ Porn"
"Have you poked my meat?"
More offerings welcome

Nope, you've show cased the PG versions. It's the other stuff that would get moderated to bits

I couldn't agree more. An absolutely excellent day and learnt loads. Harry is definitely one of a kind and can't get over Toby's hospitality letting a bunch of people turn up to the greatest BBQ party at his house! I've definitely got to have a go at competing, the thought of spending a whole weekend with like minded people, cooking and eating barbecue is too much to resist!
Thanks to Toby, Harry and all the people there for making it such an amazing day. Now, go spread the happiness!
Ben

Thanks Harry for a lifestyle change, and a massive thanks to Toby who masterminded the whole event. As we all know Masterminds are nothing without loyal henchmen. A massive thanks you two, the guys who are always seen in the background ghosting in to clear up the cutting boards and cleaning up the mess. They get on site early to ensure Toby can get on with running the numerous events.
Yesterday was a blast but it wouldn't have been the smooth efficient event without them.
They will forever be nameless but if you look closely at the pictures from Brands they are there in the background working away for our benefit
