4kg pork shoulder smoked for 12 hours, with AndyHull's creamed corn and Mississippi Potatoes(I'll stick the recipe and some pics in side dishes later)
It went down a treat with the Nana's! Result.

That looks good, I'd like to try some pork to be pulled, can I ask did you make a sauce for the pork?
