Excellent girlfriend was 5' 2" so def wasn't you!

You have shared some insight I always get the butcher to trim the membrane on pork ribs but have never asked when buying beef ribs.

I think this sets me up for a weekend event,

Chichester? fine place, good rugby club.......

Caveat Emptor!!!!
I ordered some beef short-ribs online, they are beef, they are ribs but boy are they short, almost square!!!!!

Still, on the plus side they shouldn't take too long to cook :(
