Thanks for all of the warm welcomes. BTW - I am living in USA about an hour outside of Philadelphia. I have been trying to convince my wife to move back to UK but she is worried about moving our daughter to another country and away from her friends, school, etc... She isn't the biggest risk taker.
I decided to join this forum because I have spent a lot of time in the UK and have a passion for BBQ. I would like to be there Q-ing with the rest of you.
