Hi All,
I've beed enjoying my weber kettle this summer and have been exploring the wonderful world of Low and Slow...
I just find its not enough now... I really want to play with an OffSet, I want it to be big enough for a party cook, 4 to 6 racks of baby backs, maybe a brisket or chicken going as well, i'm sure you know the type of thing better then me...
which leads me to question 1: what make and model should I be looking at...
and: Where in the (mid)Kent area could I drive to get it this weekend?
Thanks in advance,

My initial question is, why would you want an offset? they can be a pain in the neck to manage where as something like a WSM could be alot easier and still has the capacity.

Cheers Toby,
After ready all the review and comments on here, that's what I did... brought a WSM on Saturday and did some very good ribs on the Sunday!
Cheers for the reply!
