Hello all, I am from Canada and have been cooking low and slow for about three years now. Ran in to some of your guys at the Royal. Which I might add they did pretty good

. I love travelling around and am hope to someday come over their and do a competition. I will surf your forum for a bit and see what ideas I can pick up.

I was Jim, tied to our site most of the time, but managed to go for a wander and had a look at your rig, One day we will get a decent pitmaster over here to put together a few specials!!
