Hello!
Hi, I'm Matt. I am an enthusiastic outdoor cook, particularly like to roast on my garden spit. Often Roe deer, sometimes a stick full of chickens, some times over wood, sometimes over charcoal - never briquettes! Good to see a bunch of like minded folk are out there.
