Hey Phil,

Welcome to the Forum. Its great to see someone else from Stockport on here, I was beginning to think I was the only one. I'll keep an eye out for your Smoke signals.

:D I'm from Reddish if that helps Fishwick

I have not smoked anything this weekend, I feel I've missed something.

Phil,

I'm in Reddish also. North Reddish to be a bit more precise, close to the train station.

Hey Phil,

I also got bitten by the bbq bug earlier this year just as I started my 'lose 50lbs by my 50th birthday' campaign.

I thought the two would not make great bedfellows, but I've lost just over 1.5 stone in the last 6 months and stuff my face with bbq every weekend ;)

I use the techniques in the Tim Ferriss book 'Four hour body', and it has really worked for me. Might be worth checking out.
