Spatchcocking is taking the BACKBONE out, try that next time, the chicken lies flatter on the grill and you won't run the risks of losing meat on the breasts. So saying they look very nice, great grill marks :D

Looks gud.

I've become a real fan of chicken and waffles (I don't do the syrup thing. I like gravy).

In fact waffles and anything to be honest ;)

Thanks for the replies. I did cut out the wrong bone. I cut out the breastbone. It was still pretty tasty. :D

Picture for illustrative purposes only, but you can make a mean KFC style chicken in a GMG DB that looks just like this. Got recipe from the cookbook that came with the grill. Dip and coat chicken as normal. Place in pan and brush with melted butter. Cook at 375 for 30 mins. Turn, baste and cook for another 30 mins at 325. I eat with waffles and chicken gravy. It's really delicious :)
