My take on a Carolina style thin vinegar sauce.
1 cup cyder v
1 cup distilled v
1Tbl chilli flakes
1Tbl sugar
1Tbl fresh ground Blk P
1Tbl Hot P sauce(your favourite)
1tsp salt
SHAKE
Add water to taste in small amounts. If you like vinegar strong sauces leave as be
