Also, if you are ever up this way (Market Deeping) there is a good butchers in the arcade heading into the market car park from the High Street. Owned by Grasmere Farm, so always good for a bit of pork. Just opposite is the Iron Horse Ranchhouse, which is a BBQ Cafe - although they are due to move to larger premises on the main High Street sometime this year.

They're not always individually packed - the last lot I got were frozen in a lump with some loose plastic sheet between. They did come apart - but had to be semi-defrosted first. Not a big issue - I make the whole lot into sausage at the same time.
