iGrill Mini Coming Soon. Will it be any good?

Post by Steve »

It's cheap and uses Bluetooth 4.0 so could be quite an improvement on the original.

Excellent price. Bluetooth 4/BLE is the way forward for this kind of stuff really - though it does limit compatible devices to newer stuff. I also note it only has one probe? Sure you could get more than one iGrillmini, but adding facility for more probes in a single unit is really a no-brainer and would add minimal cost to the unit.

looks great, love the magnetic backing and the led.

Bummer about the single probe, personally I can live with it being an accurate temp for the smoker and add use a separate set of probes for the food.

Will order one and report back when I get my mitts on it :)
