Question, actually, would you just use the same amount as normal, 2/3 chimney lighter in the basket and then, a lit 2/3's on top? For the minion method?

I normally fill the basket with a 2/3 chimney to start

Setup the unlit charcoal in a horseshoe shape with the hole pointing towards the vent (with the fan). I use a mini chimney stater rather than full size and dump the lit in the space. Running at 250 you can easily get a 15 - 18 (to be honest always longer but feel the need to be conservative) hour burn from the heatbeads. Conor yours left today, courier collecting again tomorrow for the rest of the orders!
