Hi All
Just got conformation today that I am now sponsored by Butcombe Breweries a local producer of Fine Ales.
Get to be linked to their Website and FB page as Outside Caterer of Choice for the Brewery owned pubs, Beer and publicity etc.
J have just been perfecting my Butcombe BBQ Brisket as a tribute to this big milestone in my catering career and to cap it off they even have Butcombe sausages for me to smoke as well.
Will post the recipe for the Brisket in the Meat section soon.
