Just got to bed after one of the best experiences ever. Even if we never get the chance to compete again we will be back to the Jack. Breathtaking location with people who instantly feel like family. We all had such a wonderful time and will never forget it.
Will post more details asap must sleep now.

No Jackie John wanted to concentrate on the main categories so we didn't enter dessert.
I think the winning desert was a cheesecake shaped like a jack barrel with bottle and shot glass on top! Unbeleivable!

By the way Jackie - I've got something for you - a CEDRIC HUG from Blind dog and Blind pup!

What happened with cooking form the homeland? I get the impression you submitted the entry in the wrong category? Or have we just not seen the postition for the homeland comp?

Spoke to Wayne about this a few weeks ago, I know he is heading over to a couple of places in Europe and was thinking about popping in, we will have to see what the future holds
