A message to Steve, Toby and all those selling rubs - make bigger jars as I use about 125-150g per shoulder (more on brisket) and the 200g ones don't last till the next weekend.

Apologies for being quiet guys. My wife was in hospital, all sorted now but I've got a bit behind with things.

Just wanted to mention http://www.bite-me-spices.co.uk who are a British company that specialise in spice kits. They have a good selection on their website and if you want a custom one you can:
Pretty good deal in my opinion, and they come in a nice sealable pouch.
Tell us about it via our contact page, we will source the ingredients, test the recipe and send you a trial blend just for p & p. If you like it, we’ll keep the recipe on file and blend it for you on request.
