Indoor Pizza Ovens

Post by BBQ Kev »

Hello,

Has anyone any experience with commercial ovens for home use?

I cant find a conventional oven going over 250oC, but this beaut can do 350, almost replicating a wood fired without the need for kilos of wood and half the cost. I'm sure the smoke (5min cook) has no impact on the results, just the heat needed?

Looking at it, there's no front vents which may mean it needs to be countertop only and maybe one tier is enough if you don't want it as the focal point :)

Heh, not so many, but if one could replicate outdoor cooking indoors, all the merrier.
