Hi
I'm after a wood burning smoker oven to start figuring out some recipes on.
Some of the mid sized Cookshack and FEC models look ideal, as they hold at temperature, but open to other suggestions as expect most you guys will know more than me.
Interested in both new and used so please drop me a line anytime - looking to purchase as soon as possible

Have you considered building a smoker Ben? Surprisingly easy to make a high quality cooker.

Yep, i'm expecting it may take me a while but most of the parts for a PID element smoker are on their way to me.
Has anyone seen a PID / ique or similar device on an offset smoker?
