Hi, CyderPig,
I am near Wincanton Racecourse, not many miles from you ?
Recently back from Madrid Spain, bringing with me a Traeger Texas Elite, 2 Bradley 6 Rack Digitals,
and sundry items, PIDs, Sousvide Cooker etc.
I enjoy curing and smoking, bacon, salmon, hot smoked trout, and anything else I can lay my hands on.
Would love to meet a fellow journeyman.

Simon, this seems the appropriate place to say thanks again for the other day, was great to meet up! We ate the faggots I won (in a meat raffle at Simon's local if anyone's wondering!) for tea tonight and they were utterly sublime. Real tasty rib sticking meal.
And you know what? I had mustard with it! You've converted me! I even put some on my ham sandwiches for tomorrow, what can I say?
