I know a few people on here have tried and liked horse (me included).

Yes please! I was actually rather pleased to see Princess Anne's very sensible comments on the matter today. Not often I agree with a royal!

I was really confused by the source of the image being "Interbev", which is the name of a number of, obviously enough, beverage associated companies and organisations. I guess they actually got it from the French Interbev - Interprofession Bétail et Viande (livestock and meat) :D

Kinda want a horse steak about now....

A friend of mine on facebook is a weight lifter and he buys food from somebody on facebook called musclefood, they also have a website www.musclefood.com
Well they sell horse meat but its been selling out really fast but it might be a way of getting hold of it.

Got there in the end :lol: :roll:

You can buy horsemeat "cuts" from Kezie Foods or Exotic Meats as well.
Now what I would like is a nice chunk of shoulder.

Had some dried horse meat when mountaineering in France when I was younger, which made me violently sick, so now have a psychological aversion to it :(
