Hello from a wet n wild Scotland

Post by fergburger »

Hi everyone, recently purchased an auplex\vision kamado grill from eBay and have already fired it up a few times despite the weather.

Good to see there is a uk based BBQ forum and have already found some helpful info - particularly the tip of costco for meat. Had purchased some Ribs which I think are baby backs and was hoping to smoke them today but the rain and wind is just a little too much so theyve been relegated to the oven

Looking forward to sharing creations and hopefully giving some useful info back.

Cheers! :D

PS - If you're curous check out my blog - http://kamadobbq.blogspot.co.uk/ - to see what I've been up to so far the the Kamado.

Hi mate welcome to the forum. Don't let the weather put you off get out there and get the woodsmoke in your food. You'll never do ribs in the oven again.
