Fresh frankfurter supplier

Post by Scantily »

Hello chaps,

Does anyone know of a decent online supplier of fresh high quality frankfurters/hot dogs? I want to avoid anything that's pre-cooked or pre-smoked as I want to take care of that myself.

Thanks all.

Talk to a good butcher, we use one who make a great pork hot dog but also adds chicken including the skin which makes for a bit of a naturally sweeter hot dog.

We make many sausages to order for may trade customers.

Happy to help if you know what you are after and would want viable (but not 'industrial'!) quantities regularly.

I think I remember that one! :)

I have a few recipes and having just read Daniel Vaughns' epic trip round the lone star state I realise it may be just the tip of the iceberg!
