It's St Patrick's day again and this marks 1 year exactly from I got into low and slow smoking rather than bbq grilling. As it's a family tradition that we BBQ on St Paddy's day I have just been down the butchers and got a rather meaty rack of pork ribs which I'll be putting on in a few hours here and some chicken wings for the kids which I'll be marinating in bbq sauce and doing later.
