Hi, has anyone got/seen/used the 3 litre Smokai CSG?
We are building another smokehouse (volume 36m3) and wondered if this was a practical option for day to day use without the fire risk of lighting up properly in the firebox.
Views and experience much appreciated.

Re: 3 litre smokai
Hi
I just looked them up, they are just a Venturi smoke generator.
I made my own out of an old water softener unit, some bits of pipe and an old pond pump.
I find that it doesn't need to be babysat as much as my old set up and a lot safer for smoking in the barn.
PM for phone no and I will talk you through building one.
