... which I thought was going to be excellent. I've used it a good number of times and produced edible food which people have complimented me on. But I'm sure nothing like the treats people here are produing. This is what I aspire to. Usually I've resorted to grilling burgers in the firebox!
My goal this year is to build a UDS and cook some awesome pulled pork.
Hi have the same smoker and find it works great, I use a mixture of charcoal and what ever wood I want to flavour it.
I have had some fab results, the temp is so easy to control using a combo of firebox vent stack.
