I will be trying this: Image

Almost 2 kg of Beef short rib, the meat is more like a brisket flat. Oh and i'll be doing as couple of racks of spares as well.

Outrageous,barbecue ain't going to be off this weekend in west of Scotland.good luck.

Thanks, it's injected and sitting in the mixture. My grill will be on most of the weekend as well.

They are the bones from the brisket "point" end think pork belly where it meets the sternum that's where those ribs are from so should be delicious

Awesome. I started on Wednesday night with a pork shoulder, moving to a 3KG chuck steak today, Lamb shoulder and chicken on Sunday, 5KG Brisket & 2*Chickens & 6*baby back ribs for Monday.

I love bank holidays

Hope you stocked up on heatbeads :-), i have 100lbs of pellets in the shed..

I asked for a kilo and he brought out this slab, put it on the scale and dialed in the price. I looked at the total and said don't bother cutting it, i'll take it all.
