Noob in Edinburgh
Hi all, I've been cooking low n slow for a few months now after buying a 22" Weber kettle last August. I stockpiled some charcoal and cooked ribs every couple of weeks over the winter, and have moved on to pork butts recently. I'm looking forward to some long summer evenings with ribs and beer in the garden now.

Thought you'd never ask...

I found a wee Polish deli near my house that sells ribs with a good thickness of meat on them. The butts were a couple of cheapies from Lidl.

Thanks - I'm enjoying the whole 'meat, beer and fire' side of it.

One down in Gorgie. Opposite the wee Morrisons, or thereabouts.

I was in Edinburgh the week before last. Wish I had seen this post, I would have popped in for some ribs.
