WSM - Adding fuel mid cook

Feel free to ask any questions, one of the experts will certainly respond, don't be afraid to ask anything, we were all beginners at some point.

Loss? Just throw all the scrappy bits on top of the bigger chunks :D never tried Big K, but I used to use Liverpool Wood Pellets lumpwood. The basics £4 for 4kg stuff from Sainsburys is just as good

The SupaGrill briquettes and restaurant grade lumpwood can be bought a bit cheaper and if you spend £30 you get free delivery. I ordered 44kgs for £43. I ordered two 5kg lumpwood, two 5kg briquettes, the 12kg restaurant grade, and the 12kg super briquettes. They were delivered within a few days. I haven't used the restaurant grade charcoal yet so I can't compare it to the BigK but alot of people say they're fairly similar. The restaurant lumpwood isn't uniform like the BigK but the pieces are quite large.

That's the main site, Creative Garden Ideas is their sister site but their minimum order for free delivery is £30. Coals2U has a £50 minimum.
