I realise I am in the minority here, but i just cannot really get into Steve Raichlens The Barbecue! Bible, so wondered if anyone is up for a swap. I'd like either of the following:-

Low and Slow: Master the Art of Barbecue in Five Easy Lessons by Gary Wiviott
or
Mastering Barbecue: Tons of Recipes, Great Tips, Neat Techniques, and Indispensible Know-How by Michael H Stines

I'd be happy to post mine second class (Unless someone is close enough to physically swap) and when you have received mine post yours.

I don't have any of them but I agree with the bbq bible not being great. Much preferred his bbq world book. Just no inspiration from the bbq bible.
