Trying my hand at a pork shoulder this weekend, so I can definitely see me making a nice batch to go alongside :)

Love bbq sauce. The missus isn't keen though.

Oh well, more for me!

This one is quite nice if you warm some in a pan before you pull the pork and then mix it in with the meat when it's pulled.

Just enough to give some tang and sweetness, but not too much to overpower the taste. :)
