A newbie from South Wales HI
Just starting out in the experimenting stage of smoking our own produce. So far
have been paying someone else to do this as we cater using our own produce from our own farm.
The time has come (not paying anymore) to go down the route of smoking our own !
Looking for a little help in getting a second hand one for a newbie, so that I can experiment, before purchasing a more expensive one.
Any help or advice greatfully received
