Brighton Paddle Around The Pier Pictures

Hi, I have to say these are probably the most and at the same time least dramatic photos we've taken of an IBQN event. We arrived on site around 9.10 on the Saturday and got involved in removing all the good work done by James, Ben and others in erecting gazebos, marquees tables etc. Despite this the spirits of the teams and staff were very evident, and I don't mean the empty bottles of Jack & vodka .

At the end of the competition the tentage, tables and all the RSQ equipment was hurriedly removed as the weather worsened. This made for a weird trophy giving with winners posing with cardboard boxes as there was nowhere left to set the trophies up as they usually are. Toby managed to get 3 magnificent unique trophies made for GC, RGC and best newcomers.
